Inmate Escapes from Work Release Program
Date of News Release: 11/10/2004
(Henderson, KY) - On November 8, 2004 Julio Vasquez escaped from work release in Hawesville, Hancock County. He was lodged in the Hancock County Jail on charges of Rape 1st degree. Julio Vasquez is an Hispanic male, twenty-eight (28) years old, 5' 6" tall weighing 150 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
