Suspect Arrested for Rape 1st with a 15 Year Old Juvenile
Date of News Release: 10/05/2004
(Henderson, KY) - On 10-3-2004, Morgan took a 15 year old female juvenile to the Geneva bottoms area and allowed her to drive his vehicle without an operator's license. Morgan also provided alcohol to this female. The juvenile advised that she had passed out and when she woke up Morgan was on top of her having intercourse with her. The female was taken to a friend's residence and dropped off.
