**Upate** Warrant of Arrest for Escape 2nd Degree on Terry L. Arflin
Date of News Release: 8/20/2004
Arflin walked away from Dismas Charities in Owensboro on August 14, 2004. Louisville Metro Police Department was given information that Arflin was at a residence in the Louisville Area. Louisville Metro Police located Arflin and she was transported back to Daviess County where she is currently lodged in the Detention Center under a $15,000 cash bond.
