September Monthly Activity From Post 14
During the month of September 2004, there were 42-motor vehicle crashes investigated by State Police working out of the Ashland Post in the four counties of Boyd, Greenup, Carter, and Lawrence.
During September of 2004 there was 4 fatalities in the Post 14 area which occurred in Carter County compared to 4 for August 2003 which occurred in Carter (2) and Boyd(2) Counties. Statewide fatalities stand at 698-compared to 681 for the same time period in 2003.
