(Wurtland, KY) - Kentucky State Police in Ashland is conducting an investigation into an abuse complaint which allegedly occurred at the Wurtland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center located at Wurtland Avenue in Wurtland , Ky. The subjects below have been charged in connection with the alleged abuse of a 67 year old long term male patient. Theses charges stemmed after an alleged abuse complaint was filed by the victim's family on May 16th.
