Frankfort, KY On Sunday 10/3/2004 at 2:00 PM, Harmony Home Builders reported a theft from a job site in the McConnels Trace Subdivision off Leestown Rd in Lexington.

Investigation lead to the arrest of Shannan A. Robinson on 11/12/04.

Kentucky State Police has an arrest warrant for Theft By Unlawful Taking over $300.00 for Frank Leroy Keller, White Male, Date of Birth B-10/30/1953, Age: 51 Grey hair.
