Stolen Vehicle and Burglary 3^rd Investigation

(Frankfort, KY) - On Sunday 11/28/04 between the hours of midnight and 3:00 AM unknown subjects stole a Dodge pickup from the Mt. Eden area. At 3:00 AM the suspects then burglarized the Settlers Trace Market on (KY-44). The subjects removed an ATM machine belonging to Citizens Union Bank Shelbyville, KY, from the Settlers Trace Market.

Kentucky State Police recovered stolen pickup and ATM and our processing the items for evidence. An undisclosed amount of money was removed from the ATM.
