Flagrant Non-Support Arrest in Pulaski County

(LONDON, KY) - On Tuesday, May 11, 2004 at approximately 1:40 p.m. Trooper Anthony Phillips stopped a Semi-Tractor and Trailer traveling westbound on KY 80 approximately 1 mile east of Somerset in Pulaski County for speeding. After stopping the vehicle the driver did not have any identification in his possession. The driver was identified as Keith P. Kelly age 37 of Jamestown, Tennessee. Further investigation discovered during a license check Keith P. Kelly was being sought in Kentucky by the Kenton County Sheriff Department since October 1994 for Flagrant Non-Support.

Trooper Phillips arrested Keith P. Kelly without incident and lodged him in the Pulaski County Detention Center in Somerset where he will remain until he is returned back to Kenton County to face pending charges. Keith P. Kelly was also cited for several traffic related offences.

Trooper Phillips was assisted at the scene by Kentucky Vehicle Enforcement Officer Duffy Sutton.
