Arrests Made in Post 3 Murder Investigation
(Bowling Green, KY) - Arrests have been made in the investigation of the murder of Jessie Frank George of Franklin, Kentucky.
Kentucky State Police charged Richard Adam McPeak and Isaiah Snodgrass JR with the murder of Jessie Frank George. These charges stem from the human remains found on 05-03-2003 in Simpson County. The remains were identified as being Jessie Frank George.
Isaiah Snodgrass Jr was arrested and lodged in the Warren County Regional Jail.
Rickie Allen McPeak was arrested in Indianapolis, IN on 05-30-03 at approximately 1900 hrs at a Flying J Truck Stop. Kentucky State Police have a warrant for Mr. McPeak's arrest and he was entered into NCIC as a wanted person. Mr. McPeak is being held in the Marion County Jail pending extradition back to Franklin, KY.
