Nancy Ann Lockard has Light Brown Hair, Green Eyes, 5'11" Tall, 130 Lbs., Fair Complexion, Tattoo of Cartoon Character Tigger on back Right Shoulder, Tattoo of Butterfly and the name Brooklyn on right breast. Ms. Lockard also has a tongue piercing, a navel piercing and pierced bottom lip. She was last seen wearing a pair of Black Sweatpants, a T-shirt, and tennis shoes.
