KSP Honors Three Floyd County Residents

(Pikeville, KY) - Three Floyd County residents graduated from the Kentucky State Police Telecommunications Academy in Frankfort on May 22. Rebecca Randolph (left), Johnny Johnson (center) and Mathew Scott Hall (right) serve as police telecommunicators at KSP Post 9 in Pikeville. They completed 236 hours of training during a six-week period. A resident of Beaver, Randolph is a 1995 graduate of Johnson Central High School. She is the daughter of Larry and Kathy Osborne of Beaver, Ky. A resident of Prestonsburg, Johnson is a 1993 graduate of Prestonsburg High School. He is the son of Johnny Johnson of Prestonsburg and the late Freda Owens of Haysi, Va. A resident of Grethel, Hall is a 1997 graduate of Betsy Layne High School. He is the son of Mathew Hall of Grethel, Ky. and Glenda Hall of Rowan, Ky.
