KSP Post 16 Commander

Kentucky State Police Post 16 located in Henderson is under the command of Captain Robert A. Shoultz. Captain Shoultz received his KSP commission in June of 1998 and was appointed Post 16 commander in September of 2009.

Kentucky State Police Post 16 serves the following Kentucky Counties:

Daviess, Hancock, Henderson, McLean, Ohio, and Union

McLean County Ghost Out Information

(McLean County, KY) -- The program is called "Ghost Out" and is a nationally recognized curriculum for schools. "Ghost Out" is a drug and alcohol program designed to target the teenage population by visiting high schools. The program addresses issues such as drug and alcohol use, making risky decisions, and the consequences associated with these behaviors. Program highlights included someone disguised as the "Grim Reaper" who roams the classroom to select 15 "victims." These victims represent the average number of people killed in alcohol or drug-related crashes during a school day. The victims were separated from the other students and declared deceased.

KSP Trooper Island Raffle Car Combines Unbridled Power With Highest Govt. Safety Rating

(Frankfort, KY) -- The Kentucky State Police are raffling off a 2013 Chevrolet Camaro 1SS Coupe to help support their annual summer camp for underprivileged youth. Sporting a Crystal Red Metallic exterior and black interior, the vehicle features a 6.2 liter V8 dual overhead cam engine with 400 horsepower and a six-speed automatic transmission that incorporates Active Fuel Management™ for a 24-miles-per-gallon highway rating. In government crash testing, it earned a superlative five-star overall safety rating from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
