KSP Post 15 Commander

An image of Captain Stephens Kentucky State Police Post 15 located in Columbia is under the command of Captain James P. Stephens. Captain James P. Stephens received his KSP commission in February of 1999 and was appointed Post 15 commander in September of 2011.

Kentucky State Police Post 15 serves the following Kentucky Counties:

Post 15 Shop with a Trooper

(Columbia, Ky.) –- The Kentucky State Police Post 15 "Shop with a Trooper" took place Tuesday, December 20th in Taylor and Adair County. 18 children ranging from ages 2 - 18 from the Post 15 counties were treated to pizza at Gatti's in Campbellsville and Pizza Hut in Columbia before being taken to Wal Mart to shop. Post 15 Troopers and dispatchers, members of the Post 15 Citizen's Police Academy Alumni Association and friends of KSP participated.

Kara Denora Rigdon was last seen on Saturday July 17, 2010 in Gravel Switch, Ky. Kara Denora Rigdon was wearing a white spaghetti strap shirt with black dots, dark blue jeans, black-heeled sandals. Kara Denora Rigdon has a scar on her nose and a tattoo on right side of neck. If you know the whereabouts of Kara Denora Rigdon, please call the Kentucky State Police Post 15 at (270) 384-4796.
