KSP Post 12 Commander

Kentucky State Police Post 12 located in Frankfort is under the command of Captain Matthew S. Scott. Captain Scott received his KSP commission in April of 1995 and was appointed Post 12 commander in September of 2011.

Post 12 Trooper Honored for his Efforts in Arresting Impaired Drivers

Tpr. Eddie Whitworth from the Frankfort Post made 236 impaired driving arrests with Com. Brewer is Kentucky Office of Highway Safety Director Bill Bell

FRANKFORT, Ky. (Dec. 8, 2011) – The Kentucky Office of Highway Safety (KOHS) today honored 201 law enforcement officers from 185 agencies across the Commonwealth for their efforts to target impaired drivers.

Kentucky State Police Looking for Wanted Person

Beverly Feathers

(Post 12 Frankfort) -- Since July 2011, Kentucky State Police Post 12 dispatchers have received numerous threatening phone calls from an unknown female subject. Investigation by the Frankfort Post has been determined that the caller is Beverly Feathers. During the phone calls, this subject has made violent statements and threatened bodily harm. She has called several other police agencies and made similar statements.

Anderson, Fayette, Franklin, Scott, Shelby, Spencer, and Woodford

Kentucky State Police is asking anyone who can identify the persons in the photos to call the Kentucky State Police at 502-227-2221 and ask for Tpr. Mark Treadway.
