KSP Post 12 Commander
Kentucky State Police Post 12 located in Frankfort is under the command of Captain Chad E. White. Captain White received his KSP commission in June of 1998 and was appointed Post 12 acting commander in July of 2012.
Kentucky State Police Post 12 serves the following Kentucky Counties:

(Frankfort, KY.) -- The Kentucky State Police, Post 12 Frankfort and Trooper Island Inc. announce the 2013 Trooper Island Raffle to help raise funding for the Trooper Island Children´s Camp.
This years raffle item is a 2013, Red, Chevrolet, Camaro, 1SS Coupe that boasts a 6.2 Liter V8 engine, 6 Speed automatic transmission, black interior with bucket seats, 20 inch aluminum wheels, remote start, Boston Acoustics 9 speaker audio system, rear vision camera system, etc.

Anderson County Burglary Investigation
(Frankfort) -- The Frankfort Post is investigating a Burglary at 4188 Bardstown Road. That address is the Old Western School located on (US-62) thirteen miles west of Lawrenceburg, KY.
On Sunday, November 11, 2012 at approximately 2:25 AM video surveillance shows four subjects burglarizing and removing property from that address. The suspects removed computers and computer equipment during the Burglary.

Frankfort Post 2012 Shop with a Trooper
(Post 12 Frankfort) -- During the 2011 Christmas season, the Frankfort Post set out to help 100 children throughout the Frankfort Post area during Christmas. We asked many businesses, individuals, Troopers, CVE Officers, KSP employees and members of our Post 12 Citizens Police Academy to give of their time and money to assist families for Christmas. We were able to surpass our original goal because of our "teamwork" approach. To every business and individual who supported this cause financially, you are the reason we were able to assist a total of 136 children from 82 different families during the 2011 Christmas season.
