KSP Post 10 Commander

An image of Captain SmithKentucky State Police Post 10 located in Harlan is under the command of Captain Leslie E. Smith. Captain Smith received his KSP commission in February of 1987 and was appointed Post 10 commander in July of 2009.

Kentucky State Police Post 10 serves the following Kentucky Counties:

The Kentucky State Police are rolling out a classic 60s muscle car updated for the 21st Century for their Trooper Island fund-raising raffle this year: the 2010 Chevrolet Camaro (1LT Coupe). Sporting a Victory Red exterior and black interior, a rear spoiler and aluminum wheels with Midnight Silver finish, this pony combines retro cool styling, robust performance, enhanced safety, efficient fuel economy, environmental friendliness and high tech tweaks that really make it rock.
