Kentucky State Police Kick-off Summer Highway Safety Enforcement Campaign July 4th Weekend

WHAT: Kentucky State Police News Conference promoting "Blue Lights Across the Bluegrass" Summer Enforcement Campaign. This event will include Local Law Enforcement, Fire, EMS and county officials together, to send a strong message that there will be "zero tolerance" for impaired driving, speed and seat belt violations.
WHEN: Monday, July 2, 2007, 1:00 p.m. EST
WHERE: Perry County Park
WHO: Kentucky State Police, Hazard Police Department, Breathitt County Attorney's Office, Knott County Attorney's Office, Perry County District Court, Perry County EMS, Jackson Fire Department and MADD.
WHY: Kick-off Event for KSP Summer Highway Enforcement Campaign "Blue Lights Across the Bluegrass" with emphasis on Impaired Driving, Speed and Seat Belt violations. KSP will kick off the Blue Lights Across the Bluegrass campaign with the July 4th holiday weekend.
