The vehicle also has a vanity plate on the front of the vehicle that features a brown horse and a colt over an orange background. Dorthy Holbrook is approximately 5' 4" tall, weighs 250 lbs, has brown hair and hazel eyes. She was last seen wearing navy blue pants and a navy blue shirt that is trimmed in white. A Chevrolet blazer driven by Traci Swartz of Wallingford Ky. was traveling eastbound on KY 32, when she slowed due to a vehicle being towed from the westbound shoulder of the roadway. A Chevrolet truck driven by Brian Owens of Morehead was traveling eastbound and struck the vehicle driven by Ms. Swartz, causing the vehicle to overturn in the roadway.
