Indoor Marijuana Grow Investigation in Pulaski County

(Clinton County , Ky.) -- Kentucky State Police West Drug Enforcement, Kentucky State Police Drug Task Force, Kentucky State Police Post 15, Albany Police Department, and The HIDTA Area Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at 468 Duvall Creek Road in Albany, KY. The search yielded an indoor marijuana growing operation, 48 marijuana plants growing outside the residence, 4 pounds of processed marijuana, and $8,494 in US Currency. David Stonecipher, 69, of Albany was arrested and charged with Cultivation of Marijuana Over 5 Plants and Trafficking in Marijuana Over 5 Pounds. He was lodged in the Clinton County Jail.
