Bowling Green City Police Officer Charged with Official Misconduct

(Warren County) - Following an 11 month investigation by KSP DE/SI West, Bowling Green City Police Officer Brad Fulks has been charged in Warren District Court with Official Misconduct 1st Degree. As part of his plea agreement Officer Fulks will relinquish his Kentucky Law Enforcement Council Peace Officer Professional Standards Certification.
