Drug Arrests in Webster

(Webster County) - On Wednesday April 29, 2009, KSP Drug Enforcement/Special Investigations (DE/SI) West, KSP Post 16, Webster County Sheriff's Office and KSP Post 2 assisted the Evansville Police Department's Joint Task Force in the execution of felony arrest warrants on Anthony Wayne Grigsby in Webster County Kentucky. Upon arrival at a residence on Watkins Sebree Road, Detectives observed Mr. Grigsby in the yard. Mr. Grigsby was taken into custody. A Search of Mr. Grigsby revealed approximately 1 ounce of Methamphetamine packaged in eight individual baggies.
A search warrant was obtained for the property and buildings by KSP DE/SI Detectives. The search revealed additional quantity of methamphetamine, scales, drug paraphernalia, $1,490 in cash as well as a stolen 2005 Yamaha ATV and 1996 Haulmark enclosed cargo trailer. Mr. Grigsby and his wife Connie were both arrested and lodged in the Webster County Jail on the following charges:
