Abuse of Public Trust Less than $10,000 & Criminal Mischief Second Degree Arrest

(Ohio County) - On August 26th, 2008 an Ohio County Grand Jury indicted Henry D. Hunsaker and Carolyn Johnson on charges of Abuse of Public Trust Less than $10,000 and Criminal Mischief Second Degree, as the result of an investigation conducted by a Detective from the Kentucky State Police Drug Enforcement/Special Investigations West Branch. On Friday September 12th, 2008, the Kentucky State Police Drug Enforcement/Special Investigations West Branch Detective served the indictment warrants on Mr. Hunsaker and Mrs.Johnson. Both were arrested and lodged in the Ohio County Jail.
