Texting While Driving Leads to Arrest of a Buffalo Man

(Bonnieville, KY) - On Tuesday, April 26, 2015 around 2:21pm a traffic stop was conducted by a Kentucky State Police Officer on US31W in Hart County.
The operator 25-year-old Keith E. Blair of Buffalo was observed to be texting while driving. During the traffic stop Blair was found to have a Concealed Deadly Weapon on him and did not possess a Concealed Deadly Weapon Permit. While on the scene officers located a metal safe containing Methamphetamine and several pieces of Drug Paraphernalia.
Blair was arrested by Officer Nick Pruitt and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Texting while Driving, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Carrying a Concealed Deadly Weapon. Blair was lodged in the Hart County Detention Center.
