A Danville resident is arrested for warrants from Boyle County District Court

(Morehead, Ky.) -- On Monday July 11th 2011 at 10:11 AM Commercial Enforcement Officer Jerry Hudson stopped a Mercer Transportation Company vehicle for a safety inspection on Interstate 75 Southbound at the 95 mile marker. During the course of the safety inspection Officer Hudson discovered that the driver, Danny L. Cooper, 55, of Danville, KY was wanted for two active warrants from Boyle County District Court. Mr. Cooper was taken into custody and was also charged with a Federal Record of Duty Status Violation.
