Mr. Towne was escorted to a safe location off exit 87 and was advised not to drive for any reason since he could be arrested for the violation. Approx. 15 minutes later Sgt. The commercial vehicle was towed by Barger's wrecker's service. Mr. Towne was charged with Operating in a CMV restricted lane, No Medical Certificate in driver's possession and Driver operating CMV while Out of Service.
