Harvey Kays was last seen on December 12, 1988 at a residence in the Rocky Branch Road area of Franklin County. Through investigation it has been determined Mr. Kays was murdered and his remains have yet to be located. Post 12 is currently seeking information about the Murder itself, the whereabouts of Mr. Kays remains, and any information on accomplices to the crime.
