Oral Board Interview
This structured panel interview is the third stage of the selection process. The panel is comprised of three members. A series of questions will be posed to each applicant. The Oral Board Interview is worth 60 percent of your composite score. Applicants with a total composite score suitable for advancement will be offered a polygraph examination and background investigation.
