Cameron Ponder joins the names of 27 other agency officers who have fallen in the line of duty. Kentucky State Police (KSP) Honor Guard members salute the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial wall in Washington, D.C. where the name of Trooper J. Cameron Ponder joins the names of 27 other agency officers who have fallen in the line of duty. Thirty KSP officers' names have been inscribed on the wall to date. Tpr. Ponder was killed in the line of duty September 13, 2015. Two other KSP names were also added to the wall this year; Tpr. Blake Tribby and Tpr. Eric Chrisman.
