Kentucky State Police To Test Trooper Applicants In Richmond

(Frankfort, Ky.) -- (Sept. 2, 2010) – The Kentucky State Police announces testing for trooper applicants will be held the week of October 18, 2010 at the Department of Criminal Justice Training located on the campus of Eastern Kentucky University in Richmond, Ky.
KSP applicants must be 21 years of age, a U.S. citizen, in good health and possess a valid driver's license with no more than six driver demerit points. Applicants must also possess a minimum of 60 semester hours or an associate's degree from an accredited college or university or be a high school graduate with at least two years of either active military duty or experience as a full-time, sworn law enforcement officer.
