Kentucky State Police Trooper Corey King explains traffic signs to children at the Safety Town

(Frankfort, Ky.) -- Kentucky State Police Trooper Corey King explains traffic signs to children at the Safety Town exhibit at the Kentucky State Fair in Louisville. The exhibit teaches children basic safety rules of the road as they ride tricycles through a miniature city featuring traffic lights, stop signs and buildings.
