Carter County Man Arrested on Pornography Charge

(Ashland, Ky.) - On November 20, 2009, troopers from the KSP Ashland Post, KSP Electronic Crimes Section and Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force arrested David Gilliam at his 363 Biggs Branch road, Olive Hill residence.

Mr. Gilliam was charged with possession of matter portraying sexual performance by a minor and the use of a minor, under the age of sixteen in a sexual performance. This arrest is the result of an ongoing investigation.
