KSP Post 14 Trooper Awards

(Frankfort, KY) - Trooper Craig Morella from Kentucky State Police Post 14 in Ashland was among those honored at the KSP Awards Ceremony in Louisville on May 8.

Catlettsburg, Ky. resident Craig Morella (center) was named Trooper of the Year for Kentucky State Police Post 14 in Ashland by J.
