KSP Post 3 Trooper Awards

(Frankfort, KY) - Two troopers from Kentucky State Police Post 3 in Bowling Green were among those honored at the KSP Awards Ceremony in Louisville on May 8.
Tpr. Joel A. Huff (right) was awarded the Citation for Bravery. A native and resident of Horse Cave, Ky., Huff is a 1995 graduate of Hart Co. High School.
He is the son of J. Steven Huff and the late Sheila Forbis Huff of Horse Cave.
Det. Scott Skaggs (left) was named Trooper of the Year for Post 3. A native of Bowling Green and a resident of Brownsville, Skaggs is a 1986 graduate of Edmonson Co. High School. He is the son of Wavie and Lynn Skaggs of Brownsville, Ky.
