Distribution of Matter Portraying Sexual Performance by Minor Arrest

(Frankfort, KY) - On Wednesday, February 27, 2008, Johnny Hamilton Todd, age 36, of Versailles, Kentucky was arrested by Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Section for the Distribution of Matter Portraying Sexual Performance by a Minor, 1st (D Felony). The arrest is a result of an ongoing investigation conducted by the Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Section (Detective Will Lindon) and the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (ICAC).
