Funeral Information for Kentucky State Police Detective Joey Howard

The funeral arrangements for Detective Joey Howard, who died of natural causes at his home on December 25, 2006, are as follows:

The family of Detective Howard has requested that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Trooper Island Camp Inc. Trooper Island Camp, a non-profit organization, is a KSP summer camp where under-privileged children may spend a week of recreation at no cost to the child or their family.
