Trafficking in Controlled Substance, 1st Degree, Trafficking in Marijuana Over 8 oz Investigation

(FRANKFORT, Ky.) - On December 17, 2005, Kentucky State Police Drug Enforcement/Special Investigations - West, with the Assistance of KSP Post 3 and KSP K-9, executed a search warrant at the residence of Brandon Carver in Simpson County, Kentucky. As a result units seized 6.2 pounds of Marijuana, 4.2 ounces of powder cocaine, and approximately $25,280.00 U.S. Currency. LaTonya Carver and Deloris Withrow were arrested and charged with Trafficking in Marijuana Over 8 oz. Brandon Carver was arrested and charged withTrafficking in Controlled Substance, 1st Deg Trafficking in Marijuana Over 8 oz, Resisting Arrest. All Subjects were lodged in the Simpson County Correctional Facility.
