Third Person Arrested In Connection With Theft Ring
Bourbon Countian Faces 12 Charges

(LEXINGTON, KY) The Kentucky State Police Vehicle Investigations Section (KSP/VIS) announced an additional arrest in connection with the on-going criminal investigation into a farm machinery/construction theft ring. A bulldozer and trailer, both reported stolen from Clark county were also recovered late yesterday.
On Monday, April 11, 2005, KSP/VIS detectives arrested Robert Daniel Litteral, a 43 year old male and resident of Bourbon County, in the White Oak community of Morgan County. Litteral was charges with twelve (12) counts of Receiving Stolen Property (over $300) and one (1) count of Obscuring the Identity of a Machine. Litteral was lodged in the Rowan County Jail.
The investigation, which is being led by KSP VIS Detectives Bill Riley and Jeff Vincent, with the assistance of LFUCG Division of Police, Clark County Sheriff's Department and Kentucky State Police posts in Dry Ridge and Morehead, is continuing and more charges are expected.
