Thirty-Six Kentucky State Police Cadets To Graduate
On Saturday, March 26

(Frankfort, KY) ---The Kentucky State Police Academy will hold graduation ceremonies for its 83rd Cadet Class on Saturday, March 26 in Frankfort. Thirty-six cadets from throughout the state will be graduating. Lt. Gov. Stephen B. Pence is scheduled to address the class.

The graduation and commissioning ceremony will be held at 11:00 AM Eastern Time at the Farnham Dudgeon Civic Center, Capital Plaza, Frankfort, Ky.

There will be an open-ranks inspection of the new troopers at 10:15 AM. E.S.T. at Kentucky State Police Headquarters located at 919 Versailles Road, Frankfort.

If interviews are desired, it is recommended that they be conducted before the open-ranks inspection at state police headquarters. The new troopers are released for the day following graduation to be with their families.

The graduating cadets represent a wide range of communities throughout Kentucky. There are three cadets from Louisville, two from Berea and two from Corbin. Individual cadets in the class represent the following communities: Banner, Belton, Bethelridge, Brownsville, Cynthiana, Dawson Springs, Feds Creek, Glasgow, Greensburg, Hopkinsville, Lewisburg, Liberty, Maysville, Morehead, Mount Vernon, Nancy, Oak Grove, Owensboro, Petersburg, Phyllis, Pikeville, Pinetop, Scottsville, Shepardsville and Springfield.
